BOOKING WITH US IS QUICK & EASY!
Just head to our booking page and simply pick your desired dates. From there, just fill in your details—it only takes a couple of minutes to complete your booking.
Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you an email with everything you need to know for the day of your cruise. If there are any changes to the schedule, we will keep you informed every step of the way.
Check In - What to Expect
When you arrive, one of our friendly team members will greet you and guide you through the check-in process. Our process is quick and straightforward. When you’re ready, we will provide a free transfer right to the entrance of your cruise terminal. Our vehicles typically accommodate parties and their luggage comfortably. If you have an exceptionally large amount of luggage, please contact us prior to your arrival to discuss arrangements. The transfer takes between 7-12 minutes depending on which port you are sailing from and the traffic. Of course, we will assist with your luggage as well.
Once you’re on board, you can fully relax and enjoy your cruise, knowing your car is safe and secure with us.
Please note that your vehicle key will remain in your possession for the entire duration of your booking. We do not provide facilities for key storage.
Departure Day - Collecting your car
When you return from your cruise, we understand that disembarkation times can vary. Whether you would prefer to leave the ship early or enjoy a leisurely breakfast on board, we will be ready when you are.
On the morning of your return, simply give us a call or send a text message to confirm the time you would like to be picked up. While we can often be there within 15 minutes, we recommend allowing around 30 minutes for the smoothest experience.
Our driver will meet you at the designated collection point and from there, you will be driven back to our secure facility. We will assist you with your luggage and once everything is in order, you will be all set to head home with complete peace of mind.
